If you drive 6 hours southwest from our home that's still getting snow in April, you will find yourself in weather that's 30 degrees warmer, surrounded by palm trees, where you can lay out and read, kids can swim to their hearts content and it's hot enough for popsicles by the pool. Dreamy. We went here again for spring break and had a very relaxing, fun time with our little troop. We were lucky enough to have Ali come with us for her 22nd birthday weekend getaway! She was a great help and a great bask-in-the-sun partner for me, though she's much tanner and 12 years younger! Thanks for coming with us and enduring all our craziness Ali, we love you and happy birthday!
